NASO Youth Sports League

NASO is a lacrosse and field hockey youth sports league that emphasizes sports fundamentals, sportsmanship, teamwork and healthy habits.

Girls and boys in grades kindergarten through middle school who play lacrosse and field hockey with NASO are provided the opportunity to compete at various levels of play year-round.

Spring Lacrosse Schedule

Monday 14 March 2011

Practices start in March on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 1 hour.

Games start in April on the same days, replacing the practice times.
